Online ordering FAQs

Please reach us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Add our oyster selection to your cart and select the quantity you'd like.  During checkout, choose a pick-up day , pick-up time, and confirm your order.  Please place your order by Tuesday at 9:00 pm for pick-up that week. 

Orders are available for pick-up at 12454 Carrollton Blvd, Carrollton, VA 23324

Our pick-up days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday  between 1:00 PM-4:00 PM

Orders not picked up by the end of the day may not be eligible for a refund due to their perishable nature. 

By having all orders placed by Tuesday at 9:00 pm allows us to ensure your oysters are as fresh as possible when you pick them up on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  We harvest within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up day!
